Devoted to Artists’ Prints
july 2nd through to mid august

Our summer show this year is devoted to artists’ prints and the work of two of the finest workshops in the UK, if not the world, Advanced Graphics in London and peacock printmakers in Aberdeen. Between them they cover the whole gamut of printmaking today and include some of the most exciting images to be found in his challenging medium.

Advanced Graphics were regular exhibitors at the Glasgow Art Fair, bringing artists such as Craigie Aitchison, Bert Irvin, Anthony Frost and Ray Richardson to Scotland. They developed a regular and loyal following and we are delighted to fill the gap left by the closure of the Fair with new work by all of their regular artists plus some superb new prints from John Hoyland, one of the best of the YBAs of the 1960s. Peacock Printmakers work with some of the best painters here in Scotland and this show will include new prints from Barbara Rae, Toby Paterson and Frances Walker.
