Leigh Fotheringham graduated from the prestigious Glasgow School of Art in 1990 with a First Class Honours Degree in Silversmithing and Jewellery Design. She has received several awards including The Incorporation of Hammermen Award.
Since 1990 she has worked full time as a jewellery designer and maker, exhibiting over the years throughout the UK. Her unique jewellery is designed to emphasise the beauty of the gemstones and pearls. Her designs are contemporary and unusual yet still retain a classic, timeless feel.
